Refunds are at the discretion of management. Shoppers have the right to cancel within seven days of their contract with EyeSpyFX or seven days of the receipt of the goods (whichever is longer). If the Shopper should cancel his or her order, they will have their payment returned. They must then return the goods, and in the case of software, delete same, and provide evidence of deletion.
